E-M8 Entrepreneurial Management for Eternal Mission

One of my students insisted that I needed to see Zeitgeist – The Movie. I found the movie to be factually incorrect, but more importantly achieving the very funcion that it blames on everyone else. It (and most consipracy theories) encaurages fear, mistrust and enslaves people. Even if everything in it was true (it is not) the only result of watching this movie can be paralysis. It does not propose any solutions, it does not suggest any meaningful set of actions. All consiracy theories that I have ever heard do not build up their listeners, produce trust or help those who hear them. Every consipracy theory also assumes that people behind the conspiracy are brilliant at getting what they want done, yet ascribe to them desires that every half way decent student of business would know are not economically practical.

Every nation builder knows that their own wealth, stability and power rests on the wealth and productivity of their countrymen. Fundamental economic fact is that slavery is inefficient. Why would anyone want to enslave us, when there are many ways to have us contribute willingly and with much higher level of efficiency.

Even if all consiracy theories are true, it is most expedient for me (and you) to continue doing that for which we were placed on this earth, rather than worry about situations which we could not possibly control. No ammount of military surplus and ammunition would have saved a jewish family in Nazi Germany. Yet, no ammount of Nazi Germany could destroy the spirit of the jewish nation.
