It seems everyone wants to be an Entrepreneur or Leader, Coach or Investor, but few are willing to put in the time to gain the skills necessary to succeed in those roles. It is good to start by apprenticing and learning the details. Only after successfully mastering a skill, by apprenticing for someone else, should a person go in business for themselves.
Success in the self employment can be a great stepping stone to recruiting others and becoming a manager of the newly formed organization.
Growing that organization successfully can enable one to become the entrepreneur, or leader who explores new markets and leads people to create new innovative solutions.
Successful entrepreneurs can become effective investors and coaches to others, thus completing the cycle.
The secret to national trasformation is not in skipping steps and taking shortcuts, since the skills cannot really be learned in any other way. Rather, the secret is to have environments where travel along this path is speedy and effective. Learning along the way, the principles of each phase.
