Why is it important for a Manager to be Entrepreneurial? Or as I would breakdown the entrepreneurial: innovative and persistent. This is because the manager’s primary job should be in guiding others through change, creating change and leading change.
It is not enough to be able to sustain. A good manager has to innovate. A good manager has to be able to look at the problem and come up with a new solution.
