There is no doubt in my mind that large gobs of revenue can cover multitudes of sins and give an organization much needed cash. All I ask is at what price. I realize that everyone is looking around today’s business landscape is saying any paying customer is precious. But are they? My experience is that some customers are n simply not worth the money. Customers who waste more time than they bring in in the revenue; customers who are never happy or satisfied; customers who disrupt business and cause us to lose other customers.
In the end, if you are in business, somebody will sign your paycheck. The question is who will it be and is it worth it?
