Yesterday we traveled in to the Caucaus mauntains, traveling accross fast rivers and mountainous cliffs. The nature was beautiful, but the story of this road was more powerful than even the scenery. Every tree and stone has a name, and by naming them we attribute significance, create meaning. Such are the stories of the Caucaus mountains, where every brook is holy and every beautiful place is a shrine.
